About: Litzy Baeza has over 15 years of experience in international education and development. She has worked at various post-secondary institutions in Canada and has lived/ and worked overseas for a number of years in different capacities. She has extensive experience in the field of intercultural diversity/inclusion and has done consulting for various organizations and institutions helping them increase their practices in intercultural competency. We are delighted to have her illuminate our own journey of diversity and inclusion.
