Wayfinders Business Co-operative was incorporated as a for-profit co-operative under the Co-operatives Act of Alberta in 2017. Members are shareholders and are entitled to see the bylaws. Shareholders can also vote at meetings of the general membership, such as the Annual General Meeting. They can raise amendments to the bylaws at meetings of general membership and they can run for the office of Director of the Board.
The Board of Directors must maintain no fewer than three Directors and no more than nine.
