What is a Community of Practice?

Our Mastermind Community of Practice brings together entrepreneurs facing similar challenges in managing their businesses. Our Mastermind sessions are based on the internationally recognized Mastermind format, adapted to suit the needs of our members. Each session provides a structured framework for discussing a range of topics, including:

Our Mastermind sessions are open exclusively to Wayfinders Members. We meet in person in Edmonton on the third week of each month. We plan to offer hybrid and online sessions to accommodate more participants.
